Communications Officer with WHO. In the past Marrouch worked for BBC Arabic, Reuters Video News, along her work for CBS, and Al Jazeera. She graduated from New York University with an M.A. in Journalism through a Fulbright scholarship and worked, before moving to London, as the Beirut-based field producer for the National Public Radio (NPR) covering mainly Syria. She received the 2012 Anna Lindh Mediterranean Journalist Award for Reporting Across Cultures.
