United Vision is a nonprofit organization based in Espoo, Finland, dedicated to empowering youth & fostering community development through mobility opportunities. Our mission focuses on youth empowerment, social entrepreneurship, digital youth, & intercultural education. We aim to enhance youth entrepreneurship & skills, promote social inclusion, sustainable development, support migration & refugee integration.

The organization aims to create inclusive, supportive environments where young people, migrants, refugees, and individuals with fewer opportunities can enhance their personal and professional growth. United Vision strives to build solidarity in society by promoting volunteering, intercultural understanding, and breaking down barriers of discrimination.
Youth Development Center Objectives
We aim to establish a Volunteer Development Centre in Espoo/Finland, with the following objectives:
• Develop sustainable civil society dialogue between Finland & EU CSOs.
• Promote volunteering as a valued activity for all.
• Support volunteers & facilitate their involvement.
• Promote environmental sustainability & environmental-friendly practices.
• Use digital tools to improve communication, coordination, & learning opportunities.
• Youth Empowerment: Workshops & training on personal development & digital skills.
• Cultural Education: Language courses, intercultural workshops, & cultural exchange.
• Social Entrepreneurship: Business planning workshops, mentorship, funding pitch events, & social enterprise incubators.
1. We can help with the digitalization of small network organizations and create free websites for the network.
2. We can help automate network operations using digital tools.
3. We can facilitate events, training, meetings, etc.
4. Digital Literacy Training for Youth.
5. Organizing social inclusion activities for the network.
