General Information

The Innov Association was founded in October 2010 under the name “Nassr Association." Its main objectives are capacity building, empowering marginalized youth and women to promote positive social change in the community, and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals through innovative and creative cultural and artistic projects that contribute to the solution of social, cultural, and environmental issues. After years of artistic, cultural training and experiences with youth, a group of activists and artists decided to restructure the association after a three-year due to COVID-19. Based on a new strategic plan, 11 years of work, and experience achieved at the organization, the actors set up new strategy, objectives, mission, and vision.

Mission and Objectives

Vision: to be an active group in socio-cultural animation, developing soft skills, training and equipping emerging leaders to be future changemakers. Mission: contributes to the treatment of social, cultural, and economic phenomena through theater, art, and cultural programs in order to raise awareness and strengthen youth capacity (women and men). On the local and national level, the Innov Association equips and enhances the community with creative tools to create positive change through participatory activities and art making and strengthens both organizations managerial and governance capacities. On the international level, it works to create a cultural bridge between Moroccan culture and other nation’s cultures through intercultural communication workshops and cultural exchange programs.
