NTP stimulates innovative sally of companies by allowing to consult on law, finance, management, sales, marketing and other issues useful to small and medium size business. NTP rents offices and provides “Virtual office” services. “Northtown” business clubs, meetings and seminars are constantly organized for the business community.During the period of 10 years NTP has trained over 200 young people, incubated more than 50 technological start-ups and provided premises for more than 100 of SMEs and non-profit organizations, implemented more than 20 different project in various fields.

Novus credo has submited applications for two EU Social fund projects. The first one is Creation of integration model for physically disabled persons into labour market at Alytus district. It aims to integrated model of employment into activities of vocational school.
The second application is related to the creation of infrastructure of physical rehabilitation and provisions of services.
It has provided consultancy projects to private and public companies. Projects were related to Increasing energy eficiency at infrastructural development; Preparation of documentation related to security at work issue for State labour inspection, training of targget group. Implementation of Social Accountability Standard (SA8000).

Main activities: coordination of cultural activities in the municipality; promoting art lovers activities, fostering and organization; cooperation with societies, non-governmental organizations; ethnic cultural activities and development; various festivals and cultural events organization.

In 2003 our organization established “Family Home”, where we provide various social services.
Every year our association is implementing activities and providing support for the children in Children day care centre. There they can get food in charitable canteen, play and stay in safe environment. Family strengthening programme organizes and provides individual and group activities for parents and their children in order to develop and strengthen social, parental skills, get knowledge about children care, their needs.
Our centre also provide charity (foodstuff, clothing, home ware, etc). 
In the “Family Home” beside Charitable canteen, Children day care center, Family support service, there is Women crisis center, where we give a special support. This women crisis center is the only one in our city, which offers temporary shelter for the mothers with children. 
Our centre activities are financed basically through projects and charity activities as well as city municipality support.

All youth leaders, young peoples of our Centre are volunteers.
Since 2004 we are sending and coordinating EVS organisation. Started 2008 we are also hosting. Up till now we have hosted more then 17 volunteers from all over EU and partner countries. We are coordinating 7 different projects.

Film field:
15 METŲ KARTU (15 YEARS TOGETHER) (2014) Short documentary f. 35 min. based on Lithuanian ex president wife Alma Adamkus charity and support foundation that is being closed after 15 years of actively supporting Lithuanian children in need, called “15 metų kartu”  (15 years together). The film was premiered on national TV channel, distributed in schools. 
TRISPALVIS (TRICOLOUR) (2013) Feature documentary f. 83min. Film received an award “for achievements in documentary storytelling” by “Filmmakers union of Lithuania”, nominated in national film awards “ Silver Crane” and audience awards “Kinfo” for the best documentary. Mention of honor and medallion from “Vth International Historical And Military Film Festival”, Released in cinemas and DVD’s. www.trispalvis.lt
KNYGNEŠYS (BOOK SMUGLER) (2011) Short f. 40min. Film won “The Best Lithuanian Film of the Year” award in “Kino Pavasaris 2011”, nominated in national film awards for the best film score.  www.filmasknygnesys.lt
Projects and seminars:
FILM CAMP WITH VYTAUTAS V. LANDSBERGIS (Since 2013) Annual summer camp for children, that introduces filmmaking and learning through film medium, with one of the most important Lithaunian children writers Vytautas V. Landsbergis. 
KURIAM KINĄ (LETS MAKE MOVIES) (Since 2012) Online educational platform and annual contest for non-professional young filmmakers. Commissioned and funded by Lithuanian cultural council. www.kuriamkina.lt
FUTURE SHORTS LITHUANIA (2011-2012) Organized film screening parties that were part of international franchise FUTURE SHORTS in Vilnius.
LYDERIŲ MOKYKLA 2010, 2011, 2013 (LEADERSHIP SCHOOL 2010, 2011, 2013) Youth workshop on developing leadership skills. Organizer, supervisor. Vilnius
 

Main activities:

Consulting about funding opportunities and international programmes.

Development of project visions and concepts.

Management and coordination of projects.

Writing the applications for various funds (EU Structural Funds, Nordic Council of Ministers, Lithuanian Council for Culture, etc.).

Training provision in the areas of sustainable development, business ethics, cultural and creative industries and others.

Research and analysis.

During a long time of working „Sveikatingumo idėjos“ has implemented more than 30 international projects and even more local initiatives. Many Youth Exchange, Sport, Art and Education projects were created by this organization.
Also we tring to developm volunteering in Marijampole and consult young people and adults about volunteering possibilities .
People who work in this organization or participate in the projects have chance to elaborate their competences, promote new ideas, work in fields like: entrepreneurship, education, employment, art, ect.
PI „Sveikatingumo idėjos“ is first place in Marijampolė which has opened educational place for young motivated and talented people – „Young Innovator‘s Base“, also „Sveikatingumo idėjos“ started new project and open „School for young IT specialists“.
