General Information

Association myMobility Overview Establishment and Location: Founded in March 2021 Based in Tetovo, North Macedonia Initially comprised of 5 managing members and 5 volunteers Key Personnel: Arben Vila Education: Master's Degree in English Language Teaching from South East European University (SEEU), Tetovo (2011-2013) Experience: Language teacher and project coordinator since 2004 in various national and international projects in the EU. Former Executive Director of Invest North Macedonia (July 2019 - November 2020). Received the Best Teaching Award from the Municipality of Tetovo in March 2013. Sehadete Vila Education: Graduated in Sociology from SEEU (2002-2006) Experience: Sociologist and philosophy teacher in primary and secondary schools in Tetovo since 2007. Participated in local and international projects and training. Responsible for teacher training and youth work. Bajram Jahja Current Status: IT student at State University of Tetovo Experience: Participated in various Erasmus+ projects as a former student of VET School Mosha Pijade. Handles administrative tasks and volunteers. Drilon Musli Education: Graduated from Istanbul Technical University in Control and Automation Engineering (2011-2015) Experience: Managerial roles and various projects in the public and private sectors across Europe. Oversees project coordination, monitoring, and evaluation. Programs: Involved in multiple European and international programs including Erasmus+, Horizon 2020, COSME, Europe for Citizens, Creative Europe, EuropeAid, EaSi, Life+, IEE, and UN programs (UNDEF). Collaborates with foundations such as EYF, Fondazione con il Sud, and Open Society. Services: Provides educational training at both local and European levels. Offers consulting services to public and private entities to promote and develop European and trans-continental projects across various sectors including youth, adults, nature, environment, inclusion, education, sports, culture, art, tourism, media, public health, IT, ICT, and software. Emphasizes inclusion and diversity, focusing on supporting young people with fewer opportunities. Prioritizes awareness-raising about environmental and climate change challenges. Partnerships and Achievements: Engages in Erasmus+ projects (KA210 and KA220) with partners from Finland, Italy, Germany, Turkey, Spain, Romania, France, and Poland. Achieved an organizational budget exceeding €50,000 within one year. The Association myMobility aims to foster educational and professional growth through diverse international collaborations and initiatives, with a strong commitment to inclusivity and environmental sustainability.

Mission and Objectives

Mission: myMobility will be promote and bring values at national , regional and European mobility through Sports, Formal and Non Formal Education including disadvantages targets and people. Vission:To create and adapt the policy of mobility and programs in North Macedonia, Balkan and EU.

Main Projects and Activities of Association myMobility Erasmus+ Projects: KA210 and KA220 Projects: These projects focus on partnerships for small-scale and large-scale cooperation in the fields of education, training, and youth. They involve collaboration with partners from various European countries including Finland, Italy, Germany, Turkey, Spain, Romania, France, and Poland. Educational and Training Programs: Local and European Level Training: Provides training programs aimed at enhancing educational and professional skills for individuals and organizations. Teacher Training and Youth Work: Conducts training sessions and workshops for teachers and youth workers to improve their competencies and effectiveness. Consulting Services: Project Development and Management: Offers consulting services to public and private bodies to develop and manage European and trans-continental projects. This includes sectors such as youth, adults, nature, environment, inclusion, education, sports, culture, art, tourism, media, public health, IT, ICT, and software. Awareness-Raising Campaigns: Engages in campaigns to raise awareness about environmental and climate change challenges, promoting sustainability and responsible practices. Inclusion and Diversity Initiatives: Supporting Young People with Fewer Opportunities: Focuses on projects that promote the inclusion of disadvantaged youth, providing them with opportunities to participate in various programs and activities. Emphasis on Environmental Awareness: Prioritizes projects that address environmental and climate change issues, encouraging sustainable practices and eco-friendly solutions. Key Activities: Project Coordination and Implementation: Manages and coordinates various international and national projects, ensuring their successful implementation and evaluation. Engages with a wide network of partners to facilitate effective collaboration and knowledge exchange. Workshops and Seminars: Organizes workshops and seminars on diverse topics related to education, social inclusion, environmental sustainability, and professional development. Provides platforms for knowledge sharing and capacity building among participants. Research and Development: Conducts research to identify needs and opportunities in various sectors. Develops innovative solutions and strategies to address identified challenges and enhance project outcomes. Community Engagement: Involves local communities in project activities to ensure their relevance and impact. Promotes active citizenship and community participation through various initiatives.
