General Information

Edubolt is the #1 peer-to-peer educational startup in Lebanon and the MENA region, founded in 2021 by young visionaries. Addressing the stagnation and inequalities in the education system, Edubolt uses innovative teaching methods and advanced technologies to make learning accessible, inclusive, and engaging. Our mission is to revolutionize tutoring, equipping students with the skills to excel in the modern world and become well-rounded 21st-century citizens.

Mission and Objectives

Edubolt's mission is to revolutionize education by making it accessible, inclusive, and engaging for all students. We aim to empower the youth by providing innovative, technology-driven learning experiences that equip them with the necessary skills to thrive in the 21st century. Our goal is to bridge the gap between traditional education and the demands of the modern world, fostering a generation of well-rounded, informed, and globally-minded citizens.

Main Projects / Activities

Innovative Courses: Edubolt offers a wide range of courses designed to meet the evolving needs of students. These courses cover essential topics, all delivered through our unique peer-to-peer pedagogy and using the AI in our LMS to monitor results. Our courses are tailored to be interactive, engaging, and accessible to students from diverse backgrounds. Skill-Building Workshops: We regularly organize free workshops that focus on practical skills and hands-on learning such as digital literacy, critical thinking, and soft skills,. These workshops are designed to help students develop specific competencies, from coding and digital design to leadership and communication. Held every two weeks, our workshops provide a dynamic environment where students can learn, network, and grow. Pathfinders Event: The Pathfinders Event is one of Edubolt's flagship initiatives and the largest career fair in Lebanon. This event brings together over 25 Lebanese universities, 40 international universities, and 50 career experts, providing students with unparalleled opportunities to network, gain career insights, and secure scholarships. The event has already helped over 6,000 students, with more than 70 receiving instant scholarships to study abroad. This year, we are expanding the Pathfinders Event into a national roadshow, reaching even more students across Lebanon and incorporating new partnerships with the Institut Français of Beirut, the French Embassy, and the EU delegation to Lebanon.

How can you contribute to the Network in your country?

As Edubolt, we are dedicated to advancing on the SDGs that we are sharing with the Anna Lindh Foundation Network through our innovative educational initiatives that have already made a significant impact in Lebanon. Our work is centered around empowering youth, fostering intercultural dialogue, and building resilient communities, objectives that align closely with the ALF’s mission. 1. Expanding Youth Reach and Engagement: In 2023 alone, Edubolt reached over 6,000 students through our various programs, with a thriving community of more than 250 peer tutors and 15,000 students and alumni. Our extensive network allows us to engage young people from diverse backgrounds, providing them with the skills and opportunities needed to thrive in today’s globalized world. 2. Strategic Partnerships and Collaborations: Our partnership with the ESA Business School, where we are incubated, provides us with essential resources, including premises in Beirut, to expand our operations and impact. This collaboration has been instrumental in enabling us to scale our initiatives and reach a wider audience. By leveraging many more partnerships, Edubolt is well-positioned to contribute to the ALF Network’s efforts in promoting education and intercultural understanding. 3. The Pathfinders Event: The Pathfinders Event is one of our flagship initiatives, reaching thousands of students each year. This event, which is offered free of charge, brings together universities, career experts, and professionals to provide students with opportunities for international education and professional development. We believe this event offers an ideal platform for the Anna Lindh Foundation and its partners to raise awareness, recruit more youth into their programs, and foster intercultural dialogue among young people from across the Euro-Mediterranean region. 4. Driving Educational Innovation: At Edubolt, we are committed to revolutionizing education by making it more accessible, inclusive, and engaging. Our courses and workshops are designed to equip students with the skills they need to succeed in the 21st century. By integrating our innovative approaches with the resources and expertise of the ALF Network, we can multiply our impact and contribute to the Foundation’s mission of building a more inclusive and connected Euro-Mediterranean region.

Why do you want to join the ALF Network?

Edubolt is eager to join the Anna Lindh Foundation Network because we see it as a gateway to even greater impact and growth, not just in Lebanon, but across the entire Euro-Mediterranean region. Having participated in and observed ALF programs, we’ve seen firsthand the incredible work being done by organizations with the Foundation’s support. A close friend of ours, the NGO "Live Love," has experienced this impact and encouraged us to join the network to expand our reach and amplify our efforts. We envision our membership in the ALF Network as a catalyst for growth, an opportunity to scale our initiatives, connect with inspiring partners, and develop new programs that can touch the lives of even more young people. By collaborating with the ALF and its network, we believe we can elevate our work to new heights, fostering intercultural dialogue, empowering youth, and driving positive change across the region. At Edubolt, we’re driven by a vision of a future where every young person has access to the education, opportunities, and support they need to thrive in a rapidly changing world. Joining the ALF Network is not just about partnership; it’s about unlocking the potential to make that vision a reality on a larger scale. We’re excited about the possibilities this collaboration holds and are ready to contribute to and grow within this dynamic community, making waves that resonate far beyond Lebanon.
