Cromo Foundation was established in 2002 in order to contribute to the local and regional cooperation of non-governmental, business and governmental actors and thus to strengthen a participatory, active and democratic society in Hungary and Europe. Cromo achieves its goals through its trainings and development projects. Our work strategy is to initiate, to cooperate, to test and to deliver. Every program of Cromo Foundation is performed in cross sectorial cooperation, with partners that are strengthening our mission. We strive to collect, adopt and publish different kind of experiences and ways of solutions. What Cromo Foundation does: openly explores new methods, assesses needs, establishes training and development programs in cooperation with affected organizations and communities, tests and systematises the project with its partners, shares and disseminates the results in forms of projects and publications.
Gathering and dissmeninating different methods and tools of community initiatives, community development actions. Training and consulting NGOs and other organizations in organizational development, management skills and methods, community development. Dealing with prejudices and discrimination against minority groups by applying artistic and unusual tools
Cromo is willing to share its 10 íears experiences in the fileds mentioned in the mission as well as provide training courses or other human services for member organizations.
We would like to learn and share experineces in our interest areas, develop joint partneships with member organization and exchange organizational development methods and community development tools with others.
