Association Tiwizi consists of 11 executive members and 20 board members it's an umbrella organisation of 22 villagers. Most our budget comes from membership, local donors, and international funders for specific field projects. Tiwizi is a grassroots local organisation in the Anti-Atlas mountains in the South east of Morocco, started in 2022 with the objective of providing local villagers inhabittants, particularly women and girls, the majority of permanent Amazigh language speaking locals, with the basics and income génération activitiess as sustainable projects. Tiwizi Association supports children éducation and builds youth local capacities to ensure a better future for themselves and their poor families. The association provide also life basics for poor families like building laterines/home bathrooms to improve their personal hygiene and life style. Tiwizi supports all schooled kids in the area with school supplies in the beginning of each academic year. Started chicken raising activities as income gerrating projets for local women, provides leadership workshops for youth.
Support the locals in the 22 villagers with life basics to live a descent life in the mountainous area: ▪︎ Support the schooling of local kids, particularly girls; ▪︎ Provide income generation activitiess for women to improve their life standards; ▪︎ Help the elderly, people with special needs to meet their needs; ▪︎ protect local cultural heritage and use it as a source tourist attraction and village income; ▪︎ cooperation with regional national and international organisations.
